With independent innovation, HanDe successfully developed the 150T grade large tonnage wide body mining truck axle: 30T steering axle+60T middle rear axle+60T rear drive axle.

1.        It can meet the features of large span of mine area distribution altitude from 0 to 3000m, having the universality on plateau and plain.  

2.        The matched vehicle has better driving stability, bearing performance and impact resistance, which can meet the complex working conditions in mining areas. 

3.        With lower cost and good reliability, the driver operating intensity, the failure rate of the vehicle can be highly reduced. The vehicle GVW is 150t, the rated load is more than 100t, and the load mass utilization coefficient is 2.

4.        The transportation capacity of 63 Sets of 150T mining truck is equivalent to that of 100 sets of 90T mining truck, and the labor cost is reduced by 30%. When the density of mine truck is reduced, the traffic flow is less and the safety is higher. 

5.        According to the statistics data, 1L diesel = 3.06kg CO2. If the annual sales volume is 500, a total emission reduction is 23,000 tons, contributing to the energy saving and emission reduction.
